David Suzuki awarded honourary membership in co-op
Grand River CarShare was a sponsor of ReThink Waterloo 2009, a two-day public sustainability forum October 16-17. At the forum keynote speaker David Suzuki was awarded an honourary membership in the co-op.

Grand River CarShare provides self-serve access to a fleet of 12 vehicles located throughout Kitchener-Waterloo and Cambridge. Hamilton CarShare provides self-serve access to a fleet of 3 vehicles located in West Hamilton.
Joining the co-operative is a great alternative to owning your own vehicle, or can allow you to downsize the number of vehicles in your household. Vehicle reservations can be made for as little as 30 minutes or as long as needed. The vehicles are clean and well-maintained, and the co-operative covers the cost of gas and vehicle maintenance - it's that simple!
